We run 2 different programs:
1. CAMP: 8.30 am-5.00 pm Monday – Friday
- Swimming lessons 2 times/day for 1 hr;
- Swimmers videotaped/analyzed during the day;
- Stroke analysis
- -Body balance and alignment drills
- -Breakdown of underwater pull and stroke recovery
- -Starts and turns
- -Power kicking for distance per stroke
- -Breathing and timing patterns
- -Training component for basic endurance.
- Various activities (soccer, water polo, basketball, badminton etc.)
- Dry land training
- Nutritional seminars/volleyball

Cost:
| The cost of the first week of Camp is $225.00 (GST included); per session (5 days); second and following weeks are $135.00; The cost of the first week of Camp for Mallards Swimmers is $200.00 (GST included) per session (5 days); second and following weeks are $120.00. |
* Please note, that $50.00 is Non-refundable. Swimmers are encouraged to participate in all five days offered per session. A Doctor’s note is required to withdraw with refund from this camp.
2. STROKE IMPROVEMENT
8.30-9.30am-or/and 3.00-4.00 pm
Want to improve your swimming technique? We invite beginners with experience of Aquaquest 5 or higher
With only a few spots available each Group of Swimmers and Parents are encouraged to register today.
What do swimmers need? Swim suit. Goggles, Cap and Fins
The Mallards Swim Team has always placed great value on stroke technique. The primary focus of the lessons is to improve overall technique in all four competitive strokes. This will be done in water practice daily. Expect a lot of fun when you join this program while you learn kicking, and body and streamline positions in the water It is our goal to have each swimmer video taped at the beginning and at the end of the session and show what kids gain during this short period of time.
Each day we offer a choice of two sessions. Our coaching staff recommends that swimmers register between 12-20 sessions within the four-week period. You can sign up to ten per week.
Sessions are split into two categories:
Morning session : 8.30 - 9.30 am
Afternoon session: 3:00 - 4:00 pm
Cost: 1 session/week $15.00; 2 sessions/week $30.00; 3-4 sessions/week $50.00; 5-10 sessions/week $70.00
